It's Cool Tonight

I just walked out of work and was heading to the truck when the following thought entered my mind:

"It's cool tonight..."

I wondered why. Sure, we've been having a few little monsoon storms this week, but nothing major up here in my neck of the woods. Even so, we hadn't had a storm tonight either, but it sure seemed a lot cooler.

I got into the truck and started to head home. I took a look at the thermometer in the truck and this is what it said...at 10 pm. Yeah, it's not really all that cool...the sun's just not blazing down on us, melting us into piles of human flesh goo. But...I'll take cooler anytime. It's far better than 115 like we've had for 4 days earlier this week!
