Today was our Youth Conference and the early morning activity was a hike to the new Phoenix temple. The kids started off at our old Stake center in Peoria and then walked the almost 5 miles to the new temple site. I didn't go with them, and I don't have pictures of them in front of the temple, but these are some pictures of the temple taken on the same day. I LOVE the detail on it. The wheat is beautiful. It's really coming along. Still no projection on a finish date other than late 2013 or early 2014. But, that's only about a year away! It can't go fast enough.
