Today after work I headed to Auntie Sigie's house to teach her how to make the 5 minute bread. We tried making it with the Artisan flour I like to use and we also made another loaf with just regular flour. Both turned out lovely. We DID learn, however, that it REALLY does help to make a better loaf if the dough is cold when forming it into the loaf.
While we were making bread, little John decided to head outside and play. I happened to catch these pictures while he wasn't aware. He loved digging around in Oma's aloe vera pot and eating dirt. Yes, he was eating dirt. Yucky! What little boys won't do...
