Pre-Prom 2012

After checking in and getting a headband or moustache and bowtie/collar, we started the night off with a fun version of the Mormon Dating Game, hosted by the fab Consuela Bandanarama and her back-up girls.
 Our eligible bachelors...
 ...and our bachelorettes...
 Everybody dance!  (well...except the bachelors!)
The Dating Game was fun and gave everyone good ideas on dating etiquette, modesty, and you know...all the good stuff.  After the game was over, everyone broke off into one of two groups.  The first group stayed in the cultural hall and learned a fun dance to do at Prom that goes with the theme song, Puttin' on the Ritz.

While this group was learning the dance, the other group was in another room learning about corsages and boutonnieres.
Soon it was time to switch and this group went in to learn the dance...
After the dance class and the flowers class, there was a "minute dating" type of game.  Each person had to find someone to fill in a timeslot on a paper plate clock.  Once six slots were completed, they then had to go back and get to know more about that person.
The night soon ended with refreshments, but here are a bunch of other fun pics from the night...
...and we even caught pics of a few leaders too...
We wish more kids could have joined us - it was such a fun night!

Last, but certainly not least...a group photo from the night!  Only 30 days until Prom!
