It's Cleaning Day!

It was truly a cleaning day today.  After a hearty breakfast at the Coral, we came home and worked on cleaning the garage.  It's SO much better!!!  It's not completely finished yet, but we got rid of a lot of stuff, cleaned it up so we can move around, and organized a bit.  We still need to take the Christmas tree down and put it away out there with all the Christmas storage crates, but it will be a LOT easier now to find a place for them.

After we were done with the garage, we took a bunch of stuff to Goodwill and then picked up Holly so she could come clean the house.  This week, she cleaned the tops of the cabinets in the kitchen, along with all the plants and such up there.  Check out how GROSS my roosters are!

That was 8 to 10 years of dust on them!  Yuck!  I cleaned those while Holly cleaned the plants.  Everything looked so much better afterward!

After the cleaning was done I finished assembling the posters for the LDS Prom.  I had to put together a total of 10 and I'd only done 2 so far.  Thank goodness for spray adhesive!  This is how they turned out...I really like them and hope the kids in the two stakes will think they are neat and will want to come!
