T Minus 2 Hours and Counting!

I've missed a few posts this week, but will try to catch up this weekend...as short as it may be for me. However, it's 7 a.m. now, this fine Super Saturday and we're down to 2 hours and counting. I am so tired this morning - these nights of 2-4 hours of sleep are really hard, and next week doesn't bode to be much better with having to work a LOT of hours to finish the plan. Oh well. Okay, back to SS....pictures will come later so check back.

So, last night a bunch of us met at the church to set up for SS. Clintamus carried in all of the glass block himself since we got there a little earlier than everyone. He carried quite a bit of the other stuff too since I am kind of gimpy lately with a bum arm and elbow for some unknown reason. I am so GRATEFUL for his help. I know that I OFTEN forget to tell him thank you and how appreciative I am of him. I really, truly am. I often just expect him to help me because he's my husband, rather than asking for his help. I am working on improving in that area.

Brother Stack, Bro and Sis Durham, Bro Solis, Emily and Susan, Casey, Kelly and Derek, Jill and Joanne, and Joanne's daughter (and please forgive me if I forgot anyone at all - it's early) also came to help. I am very GRATEFUL to them as well. It was a lot of tile to carry in, a lot of tables and chairs to set up, and a LOT of vinyl to weed and tape. I so very much appreciate you giving of your time and talents to help me.

So, now it's 1 hour 55 mnutes and I have got to hurry and head out to finish any last minute items. I can barely walk on my left foot, but I've got the ibuprofen in me and a prayer or two has already been said so I know eventually I'll be good. The only problem left is....how do I dry my wet hair now that my blow dryer is over at the church?!?!?!?

Is the hair dryer for the vinyl in case you have to take it off if a mistake is made???? I just learned that trick from Jenn when I was picking up Taylor. Of course it makes sense, but I would have never thought of it. Good luck today, can't wait to see and hear how it all went!

Drive around the neighborhood with the windows down and your head sticking out. You'll be dry in no time. Bet dog would want to go too.

Good Luck with SS! Love you!

Yes, I totally blocked out the letters thanks to Photoshop! I have those plates to do but I didn't get them till the end so no biggie. I do however need to get the rest of the stuff for the FHE board. I have the board but that is it. I found the font that I want, it is called Cherish. You wouldn't happen to have it would you? I don't mind that I didn't get them done or even started because I so wasn't feeling up to it, but meant to do them this week and well, again nodda. Hopefully, this week I will get to them. :)
