Today was Jen's "family day" so we let them have their vacation time alone with each other. C was kinda bummed because he wanted to hang out with them, but he understood. He really does love my family and I am so happy for that. The other one...yeah, him...never much cared for most of my family. C, on the other hand, plans our vacations around being with them, talks about them all the time, calls each of them to just talk, etc. I think he feels love from them and they love him because he loves me. I know they were all skeptical when we got married so fast, but they have seen how he loves me and how he loves them and I think that has made all the difference in the world.

He is a sweety. We felt bad that we had picked that day, but with Shane's work obilgations it ended up being the only day to have family time. We will plan better next time.
